The client is provider of specialized insurance and warranty products to various businesses. The business case was to create an all-in-one system which serves in both B2B and B2C levels.

The end customers are able to purchase products online, apply for change / upgrade of plans and review the status of their policies. The institutional customers do the same but at an entity or group level and hence are able to control larger number of policies from within their dashboards and policy listing panels.

At the same time the service providers are able to list their businesses and provide services to the policy holders with full complete control over data and oversight on the pricing model and approvals etc.

The system follows a complete Underwriting and Claims module covering all aspects of risk tolerance and limits based on approvals and specific ratings and pricing / discount conditions.

The system is fully capable of handling large number of concurrent users. It provides a comprehensive Dashboard view of all relevant information at a high level for management and regulatory reporting purposes.
